Nicole has mentored artists, both writers and performers, whose work you have seen in your favorite television shows, films, and theatre productions. As a Creative Coach, she is excited to offer you the skills she has learned from her years as a working artist and intuitive counselor, based on her extensive experience teaching, mentoring, and advising graduate students and fell0w artists.
Creative Coaching is for anyone looking to unbridle (pun intended) their creative spirit. Maybe you are a writer who is having trouble sitting down to face the blank page, or a performer who can’t seem to get their internal energy aligned with their desired goals. Maybe you consider yourself a non-artist who is simply interested in learning how to live a more creative and fulfilling life and would like guidance with enhancing your ability to express yourself. Maybe you have a big presentation or public speaking event coming up in your professional life and want help honing the charismatic and engaging speaker within. Working with Nicole will help you identify and move through the internal and external creative blocks that are preventing you from feeling inspired and activated so that you can achieve your creative potential.
Sessions are designed around each individual’s specific needs. It might include a check in on how your mind and body health and external stressors are affecting your creative flow. It might also be something more traditional like workshopping a piece of writing or preparing for an audition and getting structural feedback. Together, you and Nicole identify your creative goals, both short and long term, and craft actionable steps to take toward achieving those goals.
Individual sessions can be scheduled regularly or as needed on a project-by-project basis. Group sessions are comprised of 4-6 individuals, and are focused on tapping into a collective energy of support.
