Nicole is a writer based in New York City where she recently completed her M.F.A. in Playwriting at Hunter College with Tina Howe, Arthur Kopit, and Mark Bly. She is a member of The Actors Studio in the Playwright/Director Unit and is a proud member of the Dramatists Guild.
She was most recently selected for a 2017 commission with the NJPAC Stage Exchange with Premiere Stages at Kean University. She is a member of the 2016-17 Dramatist Guild Fellows and her work has been developed as a Jerome Foundation Fellow at Tofte Lake Center, at The Actors Studio, the Lark Play Development Center, the Stony Brook Southampton Playwriting Conference, Summer Salt Cape Cod, and NJ REP among others and she was a finalist for the Stanley Drama Award, the Edward F. Albee Foundation Fellowship, the Leah Ryan Fund for Emerging Women Writers, and SPACE on Ryder Farm. She has written for Whersky and American Theatre Magazine. Her plays appear in numerous publications and have been produced on four continents.
She is from New Jersey and her favorite cocktail is a Manhattan. She thinks meeting Cher would be the tops.
